Chocolate Raisin Chip Muffins
这是我第5次烘的muffin,算有成功吧!这次的烘烤成果有比较像muffin的感觉,终于有发起来了耶!整体的味道是不错的,蛮有cookies的灰领,但是在口感方面还得加强,因为这次烘得实在是有些太干了,还需再做研究。我觉得很欣慰,因为有一次比一次好的趋向;p ,有熬出天的感觉哦!呵呵呵...
食谱参考kuali。而我准备的材料会跟原来的食谱有些出入,因为家里没有栗米油和普通面粉,所以我只好用花籽油和特幼面粉来代替。葡萄干也是因为我个人的喜爱而被加上去的。^^
Chocolate Raisin Chip Muffins
约12粒
材料
(a)
100g 特幼面粉 super fine flour
90g 自发面粉 self-raising flour
1 1/2 tbsp 发粉 baking powder
12g 可可粉 cocoa powder
1/8 tsp 盐 salt
(b)
100g 牛油 butter
50g 花籽油 flower cooking oil
120g 黄糖 soft brown sugar
1/4 tsp 香草精 vanilla essense
2 鸡蛋 eggs
60ml 牛奶 UHT milk
(c)
30g 巧克力粒 chocolate chips
30g 葡萄干 raisins
步骤
1.预热烤箱至200’C
2.混搅过筛的(a)面粉、自发粉、发粉和可可粉,然后加入盐
3.将(b)牛油、油、黄糖用搅拌器打发,慢慢加入蛋打匀后才加入牛奶和香草精
4.分次加入面糊拌至均匀,然后加入(c)巧克力粒和葡萄干
5.平均倒入纸杯,温度200’C,烤25-30分钟即可
